Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial brief to hire
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and plan hiring processes
• Write compelling job advertisements to attract high-quality talent
• Utilize LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to build and manage candidate pipelines
• Manage all candidate communications from initial approach through to offer acceptance
• Maintain the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate reporting and collaboration
• Ensure compliance with all recruitment-related regulations
• Build long-term talent pipelines to support future workforce capabilities

Requirements

• Professionally qualified in HR or Talent Acquisition
• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Proven experience recruiting within the construction, infrastructure, or defence markets
• Specific experience recruiting project managers, cost managers, or project controls specialists
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A passion for finding top talent in challenging environments
