Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Technology

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and functional leaders to develop recruitment strategies that attract world-class technology talent
• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle, including requirements gathering, candidate selection, and offer management
• Utilize AI-powered sourcing, matching, and screening tools to build high-quality engineering pipelines
• Deliver a high-touch, personalized candidate experience that reflects the company's employer brand
• Analyze recruiting data and metrics to optimize talent acquisition outcomes and provide strategic insights to stakeholders
• Champion emerging recruiting technologies to drive efficiency and speed across the recruitment process

Requirements

• 6+ years of talent acquisition experience
• 3+ years of experience specifically recruiting for software development and engineering roles
• Expert-level knowledge of sourcing methodologies, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence
• Advanced proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled recruiting tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
