Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and accurate job advertisements to generate quality applications across various departments
• Source, screen, and interview applicants to facilitate an efficient recruitment process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to provide an exceptional candidate experience
• Partner with Department Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to align on recruitment needs and workforce planning
• Manage requisitions within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS
• Coordinate the employment offer process, including research, recommendations, and extending offers
• Develop relationships with universities, employment agencies, and other recruitment sources
• Ensure compliance with local legislation and equal employment opportunity (EEO) regulations
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless onboarding and orientation processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is required
• 3 years of recruitment experience specifically in IT
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and a basic understanding of recruitment processes and tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a recruiting agency
• Experience in the Pharma, Healthcare, or Clinical Research Organization (CRO) industry
