Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and functional leaders to translate growth plans into effective recruitment strategies for sales talent.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including requirements gathering, candidate selection, and offer management.
• Utilize AI-powered sourcing, matching, and screening tools to build high-quality talent pipelines efficiently.
• Deliver a high-touch, personalized candidate experience that aligns with the company's employer brand.
• Analyze recruiting data and metrics to optimize hiring processes and provide strategic insights to stakeholders.
• Champion the use of emerging recruiting technologies to drive speed and quality across the recruitment function.

Requirements

• 6+ years of talent acquisition experience across diverse roles and functions.
• 3+ years of experience specifically recruiting for sales and go-to-market (GTM) functions.
• Expert-level knowledge of sourcing methodologies, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence.
• Advanced proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms.
• Hands-on experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Proven ability to act as a consultative talent advisor in complex stakeholder environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Subject matter expertise in the broader talent ecosystem, including onboarding and performance management.
• Demonstrated expertise in recruiting analytics and utilizing data for decision-making.
