Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles across LatAm and European regions, including AI/ML, Data, DevOps, and UX Design.
• Interview candidates across all seniority levels to evaluate technical proficiency and soft skills.
• Partner with hiring managers to build efficient, high-quality hiring processes and ensure cultural fit.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment lifecycle to ensure a positive and professional experience.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics, trends, and KPIs to propose and implement process improvements.
• Leverage marketing expertise to develop regional and global recruiting initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience recruiting technical profiles within the IT industry.
• Proven experience managing recruitment across LatAm and European markets.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse experience is a plus).
• Strong ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to optimize hiring.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Self-driven and autonomous mindset suitable for a fully remote environment.
