Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for positions across Lebanon and Colombia
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and university partnerships
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a high-quality candidate experience
• Lead the onboarding process and conduct orientation sessions for new hires
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, team-building events, and company outings
• Support the performance review cycle and learning and development initiatives

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Recruitment
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong organizational, time-management, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English is required
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
