About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing through to onboarding
- Drive hiring efforts for global Learning & Development, consulting, and corporate functions
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand priorities and timelines
- Source high-quality candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, and networking channels
- Conduct recruiter screenings and initial candidate evaluations
- Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, offer discussions, and hiring closures
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and report on key metrics such as TAT, pipeline health, and conversion rates
- Support process improvement initiatives and the adoption of AI-enabled recruiting practices
Requirements
- 3-5 years of dedicated experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment operations
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and various ATS platforms
- Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs, including conversion ratios and candidate drop-off rates
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
- Ability to manage both high-volume hiring and niche skill requirements in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work onsite in Noida, India, following UK business hours (approx. 1:00 PM–11:00 PM IST)
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in HR or a related field from a recognized institute
- Experience supporting hiring for L&D, consulting, IT services, or professional services environments
