Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing through to onboarding
• Drive hiring efforts for global Learning & Development, consulting, and corporate functions
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelines
• Source high-quality candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, and other networking channels
• Conduct recruiter screenings and initial candidate evaluations
• Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, offer discussions, and hiring closures
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and report on key metrics such as TAT, pipeline health, and conversion rates
• Support process improvement initiatives and the adoption of AI-enabled recruiting practices

Requirements

• 3-5 years of dedicated experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment operations
• Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and various ATS platforms
• Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs, including TAT and offer-to-join ratios
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
• Ability to manage both high-volume and niche skill hiring in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in HR or a related field from a recognized institute
• Experience supporting hiring for L&D, consulting, IT services, or professional services industries
• Familiarity with AI-enabled sourcing and screening tools
