Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal and external job advertisements and web postings in accordance with the organization’s manpower plan
• Utilize various sourcing methods and web portals such as LinkedIn, Bayt.com, and company career sites for headhunting candidates
• Screen CVs and maintain an organized pool of candidate profiles categorized by location, department, and position
• Conduct initial phone screens and competency-based interviews to shortlist high-quality candidates
• Act as the primary point of contact between candidates and hiring managers, coordinating interviews and following up on feedback
• Promote Imdad as an Employer of Choice by effectively communicating company culture and benefits
• Maintain detailed recruitment reports, including interview status, closure reports, and progress sheets
• Provide Talent Acquisition management with regular updates on progress, challenges, and market intelligence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition
• Expertise in proactive direct candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, and market mapping
• Proven experience using ATS systems to manage candidates and vacancies effectively
• Familiarity with technical terminology and the ability to discuss it confidently with stakeholders
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
