Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for business and corporate roles in Bulgaria and across Europe, covering multiple functions and seniority levels
• Act as a trusted sparring partner to hiring managers and senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies and assessment approaches
• Proactively source and engage diverse talent pools using creative, data-driven methods across multiple channels
• Lead and conduct structured interviews independently to ensure a consistent, high-quality selection process
• Use recruitment KPIs and ATS reporting (e.g., Greenhouse) to drive data-informed hiring decisions
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience and strengthen the Flix employer brand throughout the hiring journey
• Drive cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects focused on improving processes and scalability

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment
• Proven experience hiring business/corporate roles across multiple functions (e.g. finance, marketing, sales, operations)
• Strong stakeholder and offer management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders
• Strong active sourcing expertise and the ability to build sustainable talent pipelines
• Confident using data and recruitment metrics to inform decisions and improve outcomes
• Fluent in English and Bulgarian
