Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across technical and non-technical functions including Engineering and Project Management
• Lead proactive talent mapping and headhunting strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and external databases to identify passive candidates
• Act as a strategic partner and advisor to hiring managers, refining requirements to ensure market alignment
• Manage hiring operations across multiple global regions, including GCC, MENA, and international markets
• Optimize the usage of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency
• Build long-term talent pipelines and partner with leadership on workforce planning and hiring forecasts
• Deliver a high-quality, professional candidate experience and strengthen employer branding

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, specifically with exposure to professional or niche hiring
• Proven track record in headhunting and sourcing passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles
• Strong proficiency with ATS systems and modern recruitment tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across multiple geographic regions
• Experience in data-driven recruitment and reporting
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
• Experience hiring within the GCC, MENA, or other international markets is highly preferred
