Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage senior-level, end-to-end recruitment for both corporate and operational roles
• Partner closely with business leaders to source, assess, and secure high-calibre talent
• Utilize proactive search techniques to identify and engage top talent
• Provide market intelligence and expert recruitment advice to hiring managers
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives within the TA team

Requirements

• Extensive senior recruitment experience, ideally within a large corporate environment
• Proven track record in both agency and in-house recruitment settings
• Strong influencing and advisory skills to partner with diverse stakeholders
• A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and pace
• Experience in industrials, mining, construction, or transport/logistics sectors is highly regarded
• Tertiary qualifications are advantageous
