Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from initial sourcing to candidate decision meetings
• Execute high-volume requisitions for both technical and non-technical roles across departments such as engineering, supply chain, finance, and manufacturing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand departmental needs
• Prioritize an exceptional candidate experience through high-touch communication and seamless processes
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including search engines and recruiting events, to identify top-tier talent
• Lead interview training for new managers and collaborate with HR to improve recruitment best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience
• Expertise in targeted outreach, sourcing, and compensation negotiation
• Deep knowledge of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategies and building diverse talent networks
• Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and how they drive performance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and facilitate stakeholders through the interview and selection process

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and detailed reporting
• Exposure to US immigration practices
