Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers to provide coaching and support throughout the recruitment and selection process
• Implement innovative solutions for candidate sourcing and attraction
• Identify and build key relationships with external organisations to enhance sourcing opportunities
• Oversee and coordinate internal recruitment practices, policies, and procedures
• Develop talent pools and pipelines for all critical roles
• Conduct annual reviews of supplier agreements and negotiate commercial arrangements
• Support talent and development initiatives, including induction and general training

Requirements

• Strong recruitment experience, preferably in-house
• Proven experience delivering creative sourcing strategies
• Strong influencing skills with the ability to relate to stakeholders at all levels
• Experience within the facilities management or construction sectors is highly regarded
• Ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement and make independent decisions
