Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end hiring process for assigned roles, from initial briefing and sourcing to final offer negotiation
• Build and maintain deep, qualified talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and strategic roles to reduce time-to-hire
• Partner closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to design hiring plans aligned with business goals
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, and direct outreach to engage top-tier talent
• Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders by providing market insights and recruitment feedback
• Collaborate with the broader TA team to share best practices and support collective recruitment excellence
• Drive process optimization and maintain accurate data within the ATS to support workforce decisions
• Embed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles into every stage of the recruitment lifecycle

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional recruitment experience
• Proven experience working within production or technology environments
• Deep expertise in sourcing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management
• Experience scaling operations and navigating organizational change
• Strong communication skills with a commercial mindset
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
