Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment across the US for Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams
• Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies
• Shape Talent operations including process design, programs, and tooling
• Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for critical future hiring needs
• Run structured, data-informed hiring processes that balance quality and pace
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to offer

Requirements

• 5+ years in talent acquisition within high-growth, startup, or VC-backed environments
• Deep experience hiring technical EPD talent across various seniority levels
• Ability to hold credible technical conversations with engineering and product leaders
• Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously
• Comfortable working in ambiguity with a bias toward action
