Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment across UK&I, partnering with hiring managers to define role scope and hiring strategies
- Shape Talent operations by contributing to process design, programs, and tooling
- Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs
- Run structured, data-informed hiring processes that balance quality, pace, and consistency
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador
Requirements
- 5+ years in talent acquisition within high-growth, startup, scaleup, or VC-backed environments
- Deep experience hiring Go-To-Market (GTM) talent
- Proven track record of hiring high-performing GTM professionals across various seniority levels
- Strong commercial acumen, including understanding of OTE structures and quota attainment
