Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial intake through offer for Product, Design, Commercial, Marketing, and Engineering teams
• Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to develop effective recruitment plans
• Serve as a resource on market trends, talent availability, and sourcing strategies
• Design structured, role-specific interview plans and scorecards while championing inclusive hiring practices
• Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines for near-term and future hiring needs
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and represent the brand authentically

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience in a global or multi-site environment
• Proficiency in Ashby ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and structured hiring processes
• Ability to manage workload independently and adapt to shifting priorities
• Clear, thoughtful communication skills suitable for working across multiple time zones
• Comfort using data to track progress and improve recruitment processes
