About the Company

Hut 8 is on a mission to build and operate some of the world’s largest data centers for next-generation computing workloads, including AI, Colocation, Cloud, and Bitcoin Mining.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the talent acquisition strategy and execution for specialized talent in energy, power, and infrastructure sectors
• Own the full search lifecycle, from market mapping to relationship building
• Partner with leadership to translate business priorities into hiring plans
• Build and maintain a live pipeline of specialized energy talent through industry conferences and direct outreach
• Own the end-to-end candidate experience with speed and transparency
• Track and share market intelligence on compensation and competitor activity

Requirements

• Experience recruiting specialized roles in energy, power, infrastructure, or adjacent fields
• Proven ability to work directly with senior stakeholders and advise on talent strategy
• Strong market knowledge regarding talent motivation and sourcing channels
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with rigor and urgency
• Must be based in Miami and able to work onsite five days a week
