Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for roles across PR, communications, B2B marketing, and digital
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines leveraging deep networks across NYC agencies
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and industry communities
• Partner with People & Culture and Senior Leadership to align recruitment with business priorities
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on role scoping and interview design
• Amplify employer brand presence across key platforms and industry events
• Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors

Requirements

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, ideally in PR, communications, or marketing agencies
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for PR and communications roles
• Agency partnership experience (in-house or search professional)
• Deep, established network across NYC agencies and the communications industry
• Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent consulting and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Employee Value Proposition (EVP) development
• Experience with SmartRecruiters
