Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across the APAC region at all levels.
• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to develop and deliver effective hiring strategies.
• Oversee vendor management to ensure recruitment partners meet quality and timeline standards.
• Provide market insights and recruitment analytics to drive continuous process improvement.
• Champion best practices in talent acquisition systems, including AI adaptation and automation.
• Support regional and global HR projects, representing international market nuances.

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
• Proven track record of hiring senior-level and confidential positions across corporate functions.
• Experience working within a matrix organization and managing high-volume recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in dynamic environments.
• Solid project management experience with an energetic, hands-on approach.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese is highly preferred.
