About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across the APAC region at all levels.
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to develop and deliver effective hiring strategies.
- Oversee vendor management to ensure recruitment partners meet quality and timeline standards.
- Provide market insights and recruitment analytics to drive continuous process improvement.
- Champion best practices in talent acquisition systems, including AI adaptation and automation.
- Support regional and global HR projects, representing international market nuances.
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
- Proven track record of hiring senior-level and confidential positions across corporate functions.
- Experience working within a matrix organization.
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to influence stakeholders in dynamic environments.
