Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment across UK&I for Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams
• Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies
• Shape Talent operations including process design, programs, and tooling
• Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for critical future hiring needs
• Run structured, data-informed hiring processes that balance quality and pace
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador

Requirements

• 5+ years in talent acquisition within high-growth, startup, scaleup, or VC-backed environments
• Deep experience hiring EPD (Engineering, Product, Design) talent
• Proven track record of hiring high-performing technical talent across various seniority levels
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy and team build-out
• Experience running multiple complex technical searches simultaneously
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity with a bias toward action
• Strong ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
