Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment across UK&I for Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams
- Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies
- Shape Talent operations including process design, programs, and tooling
- Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for critical future hiring needs
- Run structured, data-informed hiring processes that balance quality and pace
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador
Requirements
- 5+ years in talent acquisition within high-growth, startup, scaleup, or VC-backed environments
- Deep experience hiring EPD (Engineering, Product, Design) talent
- Proven track record of hiring high-performing technical talent across various seniority levels
- Ability to partner with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy and team build-out
- Experience running multiple complex technical searches simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity with a bias toward action
- Strong ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
