About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, success profiles, and market realities
- Use AI-enabled tools for talent mapping, Boolean search refinement, and candidate identification
- Build candidate pipelines through internal sourcing, employee referrals, and vendor channels
- Coordinate with recruitment vendors and track submission quality and turnaround time
- Use recruitment analytics to monitor hiring progress and identify process bottlenecks
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation within the ATS
- Ensure responsible and ethical use of AI tools in the recruitment lifecycle
Requirements
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience with Greenhouse is an advantage
- Practical proficiency in using AI tools for sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement
- Ability to use recruitment analytics to drive data-informed decisions
