Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a credible talent acquisition advisor, implementing both global and local TA strategies and priorities.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment for Commercial and Operations organizations, including sales, marketing, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality.
• Engage, attract, and onboard talent to support business growth, strategic transformation, and operational excellence.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to develop effective sourcing strategies, share market insights, and provide candidate coaching.
• Support strategic recruitment programs such as campus recruitment, university relationship management, internships, and employer branding.
• Continuously optimize recruitment processes by leveraging data and feedback to improve efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven recruitment experience within the industrial or mechanical manufacturing sector.
• Strong experience in mid-to-senior level recruitment, specifically for sales and technical roles.
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written) for effective communication with global stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with stakeholders and candidates.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for innovation in talent acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing and implementing early career programs.
