Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for approximately 30 Revenue roles per year (AE, SDR, TSM, Leadership) across France and international markets
• Lead proactive sourcing and headhunting via LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks
• Act as a strategic partner to the CRO and senior business leaders to challenge hiring briefs and influence decisions
• Train and coach hiring managers to improve interviewing and decision-making skills
• Own TA metrics, funnel analysis, and reporting to drive data-driven solutions
• Lead the integration of AI tools into recruitment workflows
• Mentor the Talent Acquisition Manager and lead cross-functional projects like employer branding and DEI

Requirements

• 7-8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with deep expertise in Revenue hiring
• Proven track record in international recruitment (e.g., UK or DACH markets)
• Strong background in B2B Sales, including Mid-Market and complex sales cycles
• Experience using data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions
• Demonstrated experience adopting AI in recruitment processes
• Fluency in French and English (C1 level or above)
• Experience in scale-up or hypergrowth environments
