Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to meet hiring objectives
- Promote the company’s employer brand and ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process
- Provide data-driven insights and reports on recruitment metrics
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in talent acquisition
- At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven success in high-volume and senior-level hiring
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS)
- Experience with global recruitment or managing multiple locations
- Familiarity with employer branding and candidate marketing
