Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of G&A Talent Partners across the US and Stockholm
• Own relationships with senior stakeholders including the CFO, VP People, VP Operations, General Counsel, and CIO
• Drive consistency and quality across US and European talent markets
• Build pipeline discipline, reporting, and performance metrics for corporate functions
• Partner with talent operations on tooling and process design

Requirements

• Meaningful experience leading G&A or corporate recruiting at a high-growth, VC-backed company
• Experience managing managers and building teams
• Proven ability to partner with C-suite and senior leadership
• Multi-market experience across the US and Europe
• Data-driven approach to functional management
• Ability to maintain high hiring standards under pressure
