Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of G&A Talent Partners across the US and Stockholm
- Own relationships with senior stakeholders including the CFO, VP People, VP Operations, General Counsel, and CIO
- Drive consistency and quality across US and European talent markets
- Build pipeline discipline, reporting, and performance metrics for corporate functions
- Partner with talent operations on tooling and process design
Requirements
- Meaningful experience leading G&A or corporate recruiting at a high-growth, VC-backed company
- Experience managing managers and building teams
- Proven ability to partner with C-suite and senior leadership
- Multi-market experience across the US and Europe
- Data-driven approach to functional management
- Ability to maintain high hiring standards under pressure
