Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment across science, engineering, finance, marketing, and other disciplines
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and guide hiring decisions
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for passive candidates
• Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills and cultural fit
• Advise teams on labor market trends and compensation benchmarks
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience
• Represent the company at industry events and employer branding initiatives
• Collaborate with the global recruiting team to align regional efforts

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in technical and engineering roles
• Proficiency with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in German
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple processes in a dynamic setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
• Experience in manufacturing or hardware-related industries
• Experience recruiting internationally outside of Europe
