Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the use of AI-driven talent automation technologies to uncover and build relationships with high-potential candidates
• Build and sustain proactive pipelines for critical, hard-to-fill, and leadership roles using advanced search techniques
• Oversee candidate experience initiatives to ensure high-quality touchpoints throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Advise and consult with hiring leaders on workforce planning and strategies to address talent gaps
• Partner with leaders across Tech Operations, Buying Merchandising, and Marketing Creative to execute tailored recruiting strategies
• Lead special projects including employer branding campaigns and TA technology implementations
• Leverage recruiting data and metrics to drive informed hiring decisions and identify process improvements
• Source, screen, and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle

Requirements

• 8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
• Strong expertise using AI recruiting platforms, ATS systems, and advanced sourcing technologies
• Proven ability to lead and influence the recruiting process with hiring managers
• Marketing-oriented approach to sourcing and building talent pipelines
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience
• Fluency in English is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven success supporting Fashion and Creative divisions
• Experience with large-scale TA technology implementations
