Senior Talent Acquisition Lead

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand growth ambitions and deliver end-to-end recruitment for consultants from junior to senior levels
• Act as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers, business leads, HR colleagues, and external vendors
• Proactively build strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, online platforms, referrals, and innovative search techniques
• Design and execute market-relevant hiring strategies to attract high-quality local talent and ensure an excellent candidate experience
• Collaborate with Europe and APAC HR and Talent Acquisition teams to share knowledge and best practices
• Represent Capgemini Invent as a brand ambassador to strengthen employer presence in the Japanese market
• Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives aligned with global positioning

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced organization
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines
• Fluent in both English and Japanese (spoken and written)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver results independently
• High level of energy, drive, and a service-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the consulting or digital industry
• Previous experience supporting employer branding activities
