About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones to ensure a seamless experience
- Serve as a high-touch point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Ashby applicant tracking system
- Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to drive progress and ensure smooth execution
- Identify opportunities to improve scheduling workflows and communication
- Support reporting, data tracking, and recruiting insights
- Assist with recruiting programs and maintain operational documentation
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in coordination or administrative roles supporting U.S.-based recruiting teams
- Experience working across U.S. time zones and collaborating with global stakeholders
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Ashby preferred)
- Strong skills in scheduling tools, Outlook calendars, and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to maintain data integrity and governance within an ATS
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
