Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process across AMERS and LATAM for GTM teams and other departments
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to deliver top talent
• Partner with hiring managers to build trust, provide market advice, and understand hiring needs
• Work as part of a global TA team to support business growth
• Provide a world-class candidate experience from first contact
• Maintain accurate records and provide input for important reporting metrics
• Manage up by escalating potential issues and communicating with management

Requirements

• Previous in-house recruitment experience hiring for GTM teams in AMERS and LATAM
• Strong background in headhunting, sourcing, and building talent pipelines
• Ability to influence and work with a wide range of stakeholders
• High attention to detail when working with an ATS
• Data-driven approach to recruitment conversations
• Passion for delivering a stellar candidate experience
