Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process across AMERS and LATAM for GTM teams and other departments
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to deliver top talent
• Partner with hiring managers to build trust, provide market advice, and understand hiring needs
• Work as part of a global TA team while maintaining independent workflows
• Provide a world-class candidate experience
• Maintain accurate records and provide input for reporting metrics
• Manage up by escalating potential issues and communicating with management

Requirements

• Previous experience hiring for GTM teams in an in-house recruitment role
• Strong background in headhunting, sourcing, and building talent pipelines
• Ability to influence and work with a wide range of stakeholders
• High attention to detail with ATS management
• Data-driven approach to recruitment conversations
• Excellent communication skills in English
