Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process across AMERS and LATAM for GTM teams and other departments
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to deliver top talent
- Partner with hiring managers to build trust, provide market advice, and understand hiring needs
- Work as part of a global TA team while maintaining independent workflows
- Provide a world-class candidate experience
- Maintain accurate records and provide input for reporting metrics
- Manage up by escalating potential issues and communicating with management
Requirements
- Previous experience hiring for GTM teams in an in-house recruitment role
- Strong background in headhunting, sourcing, and building talent pipelines
- Ability to influence and work with a wide range of stakeholders
- High attention to detail with ATS management
- Data-driven approach to recruitment conversations
- Excellent communication skills in English
