About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage full life cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly manufacturing roles, including Assemblers, Machine Operators, Material Handlers, Welders, and Technicians
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to determine workforce needs, technical requirements, and job-specific criteria
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on job requirements, expectations, and timelines
  • Source and interview passive, top-tier talent using various recruitment methodologies and innovative solutions like social media and community outreach
  • Cultivate productive relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external partners such as technical schools and local professionals
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), schedule interviews, and monitor recruitment KPIs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and internal partners, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure diversity awareness by utilizing sourcing techniques that reach a diverse population

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of experience in full-life cycle recruitment
  • 4+ years of experience supporting high-volume recruiting for hourly positions (e.g., 40+ openings at any one time)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience recruiting manufacturing or industrial production staff
  • Experience working at a staffing agency
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale hiring initiatives
  • Project management experience in creating and building Talent Acquisition processes
  • Knowledge of employment laws and expertise in web-based recruiting tools and ATS
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
