Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Build and execute comprehensive end-to-end talent strategies to help hiring leaders build high-performing teams.
• Act as a talent advisor and go-to-market specialist to drive hiring expansion across the Americas (AMER) region.
• Proactively build pipelines through extensive industry networks and passive candidate outreach.
• Partner with AMER leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, HRBPs, and compensation teams.
• Integrate AI-driven tools and automated agents to optimize administrative workflows and synthesize market data.
• Utilize recruitment analytics to inform talent strategies and drive operational decisions regarding time-to-hire and source efficiency.
• Lead strategic employer branding initiatives tailored to the AMER market.

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent strategy execution.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise senior leadership.
• Proficiency in using AI-powered sourcing environments, LLMs, and automated workflows.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills to secure top-tier talent.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using recruitment data to drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
