Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a diverse and complex portfolio, partnering with hiring managers to drive strong outcomes
• Provide practical, delivery-focused recruitment support and market insight to stakeholders
• Lead proactive sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill roles using LinkedIn and detailed market mapping
• Support leaders in making informed, timely hiring decisions that balance speed, quality, and candidate experience
• Create a positive and professional candidate experience through clear and transparent communication
• Collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee journey
• Contribute to early talent initiatives, including graduate and intern recruitment campaigns
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through thoughtful and inclusive hiring practices

Requirements

• Proven experience managing recruitment in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge hiring managers
• Advanced proactive sourcing capability, including LinkedIn expertise and market mapping
• Exceptional candidate management skills and a focus on high-quality engagement
• High level of adaptability and the ability to pivot in a changing environment
• A delivery-focused mindset with a track record of securing hires in competitive markets
