Senior TA Partner, APJC

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment services, including sourcing, screening, and offer consultation, while managing key hiring metrics.
• Lead executive-level recruitment across the APJC region.
• Build and maintain strategic talent partnerships with hiring leaders, HR partners, and business stakeholders.
• Drive early-career hiring initiatives and develop strong relationships with universities.
• Utilize data and market intelligence to influence hiring strategies and provide insights to leadership.
• Leverage technology and AI-enabled tools to identify, engage, and assess top talent.
• Collaborate with the APJC Talent Acquisition Leader to design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities.

Requirements

• 12+ years of total recruiting experience, with at least 6 years in a corporate environment.
• Proven experience hiring across APJC countries (e.g., Singapore, Thailand, Australia, and New Zealand).
• Extensive experience in executive-level recruiting.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and executives.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills and experience analyzing recruitment trends.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI-driven sourcing technology.
• Experience recruiting across diverse disciplines, spanning both corporate and operations roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the Life Sciences industry.
• Experience building and managing university relationship programs.
