About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technology development teams to support the Private Banking domain.
- Maintain a holistic view of the domain's current and future system needs and technology landscape.
- Ensure technical specifications are clearly, accurately, and thoroughly documented for system and process changes.
- Investigate and resolve incidents independently, escalating complex issues as necessary.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts across technology and business areas.
- Manage the product backlog and ensure system requirements are assigned to the appropriate technology teams.
- Provide guidance with test validations, implementation, and the transition of changes to steady-state maintenance.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst within a complex enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, system architectural design, data mapping, and system flows.
- Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
- Ability to break down high-level requirements into structured insights and actionable outcomes.
- Strong verbal communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment.
