About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and deployment of infrastructure solutions to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance for enterprise applications
  • Partner with Development, Product, and Project Management teams to gather and analyze technical requirements
  • Provide support for hybrid environments involving both on-premises and public cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine administrative tasks
  • Support platforms including .NET Framework, IIS, MS SQL, and Apigee
  • Manage and troubleshoot infrastructure services such as Active Directory, DNS, VMWare, VXRAIL, Group Policy, and Firewall Rules
  • Collaborate on network-related troubleshooting and the configuration of load balancers like F5 LTM/GTM
  • Create and maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and processes while enforcing security standards

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise-level Windows infrastructure and system engineering experience
  • 6+ years of experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and PowerShell
  • 5+ years of experience with cloud integration (Azure or AWS) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible)
  • 5+ years of experience supporting .NET, IIS, and SQL Server environments
  • 5+ years of experience with VMWare, VXRAIL, DNS, and network/firewall troubleshooting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Apigee, F5 LTM/GTM, and middleware components
  • Experience with disaster recovery planning and implementation
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities
