Senior Systems Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Document test cases, conduct risk research, and create comprehensive test plans
• Perform both manual and automated testing to ensure product quality
• Identify, log, track, and verify the resolution of software and specification defects
• Partner with Engineers to develop effective testing strategies
• Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
• Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes
• Ensure compliance and risk management requirements are met for the supported area
• Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced staff

Requirements

• 4+ years of Systems Quality Assurance experience
• Proven experience in manual and automated testing
• Strong skills in test plan creation and defect tracking
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, users, and mid-level managers to achieve goals
