Senior Systems Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Document test cases, conduct risk research, and create comprehensive test plans
• Perform both manual and automated testing to ensure product quality
• Identify, log, track, and verify the resolution of software and specification defects
• Partner with Engineers to develop effective testing strategies
• Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
• Drive innovation to streamline and improve overall testing processes
• Lead projects, manage teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced staff
• Ensure compliance and risk management requirements are met for the supported area

Requirements

• 4+ years of Systems Quality Assurance experience
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies
• Experience with test plan creation and defect tracking
• Ability to research system features and consult with users to provide direction
