Senior Systems Project Analyst

Responsibilities

• Ensure the stability and continuous evolution of technological solutions, specifically Salesforce.
• Act as the focal point between internal clients and technical systems areas to ensure project progress and risk mitigation.
• Manage system maintenance, incident management, and adherence to SLAs.
• Monitor and analyze performance KPIs to identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven corrective actions.
• Coordinate with consultancies to control project scope, deadlines, costs, and dependencies.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and platform improvements.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Technology, Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Experience in system maintenance and application support.
• Strong knowledge of incident management and SLA protocols.
• Ability to analyze indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in using Jira and ServiceNow.
• Ability to work onsite in Salvador, BA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
