Senior Systems & Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex systems and network issues
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis across server, network, and virtualization environments
• Design, implement, and support Windows Server environments across client networks
• Manage virtualization platforms including Hyper-V and VMware
• Support Microsoft 365 cloud services and telephony systems like 3CX and Microsoft Teams Phone
• Lead infrastructure projects such as server deployments, migrations, and network upgrades
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and contribute to best practices

Requirements

• Strong expertise with Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
• Experience supporting SMB network environments
• Advanced troubleshooting skills across servers, networking, and infrastructure
• Experience with Microsoft 365
• Experience with Hyper-V and VMware virtualization
• Must currently reside in the Cleveland, Ohio area

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting SonicWall, Cisco Meraki, or Ubiquiti networking
• Experience supporting VoIP systems
• Experience working in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment
• Experience with Azure infrastructure
• Experience with ConnectWise and DattoRMM
• Microsoft, Cisco, or SonicWall certifications
