Senior Systems Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Respond to time-sensitive support calls regarding Windows server and infrastructure issues that can affect patient care
• Scope and troubleshoot reported issues in software and operating systems, identifying potential infrastructure problems
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on reported cases, collaborating with other teams to drive resolution
• Document all reported incidents in detail, accurately collecting necessary information and logs
• Manage a ticket backlog of approximately 20-30 cases
• Analyze and investigate technical issues to provide expert explanations and interpretations

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience or knowledge of Windows Server 2016 and Windows Server 2019
• Experience or knowledge in TCP/IP troubleshooting
• Proven ability to troubleshoot Windows Active Directory
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
