Senior Systems Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Health Millennium solutions across pharmacy, laboratory, and blood bank domains.
• Translate clinical and operational requirements into optimized system builds and workflows.
• Support the end-to-end lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, validation, and post-go-live support.
• Configure and maintain PharmNet medication workflows, including formulary build, order sentence design, and medication charging.
• Manage medication-related components such as BCMA (Bar Code Medication Administration), eMAR workflows, and dose range checking.
• Support Oncology Order sets and PowerPlans through build and optimization.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, pharmacists, and IT staff to ensure solutions align with patient safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Oracle Health Millennium (Cerner) and PharmNet medication workflows.
• Hands-on experience with PathNet, laboratory systems, and the Blood Bank module.
• Proficiency with Order sets, PowerPlans, Discern Alerts, and CCL scripting.
• Strong understanding of HL7 interfaces and regulatory compliance in clinical environments.
• Deep knowledge of the medication lifecycle, including formulary, dosing, eMAR, and BCMA.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
