Senior Systems Integrator

Responsibilities

• Configure, integrate, and maintain enterprise COTS applications supporting learning and training capabilities
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot integrations between enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and messaging
• Support application deployments, upgrades, patches, and configuration changes across environments
• Perform system administration including environment management and user administration
• Work with relational databases to troubleshoot issues, execute queries, and validate data
• Analyze system logs and monitor application health to identify root causes
• Develop scripts and implement minor code enhancements to improve automation
• Collaborate with Government Product Leads and technical stakeholders
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including architecture and configuration guides
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
• Mentor junior engineers on application integrations and best practices

Requirements

• Active security clearance with polygraph
• Bachelor's degree and 12 years of software development/engineering experience (or 16 years of experience in lieu of degree)
• Experience with COTS integration
• Experience developing and updating technical documentation
• Proficiency in problem solving and troubleshooting computer systems
• Experience with Bash, PowerShell, or Python
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Experience collaborating with Government customers
• Knowledge of SQL Server Database

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing systems in AWS virtual environments
• Experience with Atlassian Tool Suite (Confluence, Jira)
• Experience with Nessus and Tenable Security Center
• Experience with .NET, Java, PHP, or C#
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, CloudFormation, Chef, Puppet, or Terraform)
• Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (Blackboard, SumTotal)
