Senior Systems Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead critical system debugging as the technical authority for complex failures
• Own fix implementations and new feature rollouts from discovery to implementation
• Design observability and support features for fleet health monitoring and diagnostics
• Drive improvements in issue capture, analytics, and reporting pipelines
• Ensure operational health of early-stage prototype fleets through hands-on support

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in systems, mechatronics, or field engineering
• Direct experience with mobile autonomous systems deployment
• Strong understanding of BLDC motor control, sensing, and embedded protocols
• Proficiency with Python for scripting and data analysis
• Capability in electro-mechanical prototyping and harness assembly
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Expert-level debugging across hardware-software interfaces
• Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives and mentoring junior engineers
• Passion for solving warehouse automation challenges in unstructured environments
