Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop hardware test sets and test software in collaboration with domain experts and systems engineers
• Perform hands-on integration in hardware labs and field-test environments to ensure components meet specifications
• Prepare and deliver technical briefings and participate in technical reviews (SRRs, PDRs, CDRs, TIMS, TRRs)
• Document and execute test plans and procedures
• Capture and communicate test results and metrics

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Clearance (ability to obtain Top Secret)
• U.S. Citizenship required
• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant technical experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Integration and Test (I&T)
• Proficiency in testing RF Systems
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or Labview
• Familiarity with containerized software, Ansible, Podman/Docker, Unit Test Frameworks, and Artifactory
• Ability to travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance
• Domain expertise in Radar, Electronic Warfare, Antenna Apertures, or Sensor Resource Management
• Proficiency in automated test tools and techniques
• Proficiency in bash scripting and Linux Operating Systems
• Familiarity with C/C++
• Familiarity with MBSE tools such as Cameo (MagicDraw), Sparx Enterprise Architect, or IBM Rational Rhapsody
• Familiarity with government open architectures (e.g., Open Mission Systems)
