Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and execute comprehensive integration and test plans for space-based systems
• Lead hands-on integration of hardware and software subsystems and troubleshoot interface issues
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems engineering teams to define interface requirements
• Analyze test data and translate results into clear reports and recommendations
• Contribute to the development of automated test scripts and procedures
• Design and build test Mechanical Ground Support Equipment (MGSE) and Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE)
• Provide subject matter expertise on integration and test best practices, tools, and procedures
• Support system verification, validation, and customer acceptance testing activities

Requirements

• BS or MS in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems integration and testing
• Proven track record in RF, SATCOM, radar, wireless systems, flight testing, launch vehicles, spacecraft, or aircraft
• Strong hands-on experience in HW/SW integration and troubleshooting complex technical issues
• Proficiency with MATLAB, Python, or LabVIEW
• Ability to maintain or obtain a Government Security Clearance
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee per ITAR regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with products for aerospace applications
• Familiarity with phased array technologies and satellite communications
• Creative approach to problem solving and strong engineering fundamentals
